Thoughts about time

Have you ever asked yourself: What is your relationship to the time? What will happen if you could slow down the time?  And, what can you learn from slowing down the time? Time is individual and periodic. The same period of time can be experienced individually – fast or slow. As soon as we press the pause button and come into contact with ourselves, we might experience something very specific. Giving ourselves time and space is incredibly important. It gives us access to a richer field of experience. It allows you to practice being present and your senses being open. People put such tremendous demands on themselves. They run and if it is too much and at the wrong time, it creates tensions. By slowing down the time we can practice how to release, how to free the body from unnecessary tension and mental barriers and sharp perception for the realities. If you slow down you might notice that you feel more intensively.
